☀️ Hello, October! Wishing everyone a superb start to the month.
We’re stepping into October with excitement, ambition and gratitude for the relationships we’re building with landlords, agencies, contractors and investors.
Thank you to everyone following our journey—and to those showing an interest in our 20-room Southend-on-Sea hotel refurbishment project.
Helping accommodate construction workers contributing to projects such as the Lower Thames Crossing is an absolute privilege. Behind every major project are people working away from home, and we’re proud to play our part in giving them somewhere comfortable to stay.
What excites us most is the role we’re building within Essex’s construction and trades community: connecting landlords with agencies, bringing properties back into use and helping teams find the accommodation they need.
We’re proud of what makes Essex Housing Solutions different, and even more excited about what we can achieve together.
Here’s to stronger relationships, new opportunities and a brilliant October. 💛
