From Essex to the Middle East—and home again with a vision. 🏡
I was born in Essex, but my work took me to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where I spent years refurbishing tired, rundown villas and bringing them back to life.
That experience taught me something simple: wherever properties are being built or improved, there are people doing the work—and those working away from their families need somewhere comfortable to stay.
When my wife and I returned home, I saw an opportunity to bring that experience together with my local knowledge and UK connections. In November 2025, I established Essex Housing Solutions to connect landlords, contracting agencies and the workers who need accommodation.
As we approach our first anniversary, we’re building a team and developing the business further. Our investment initiative now gives investors the opportunity to fund property refurbishment and preparation under agreed terms.
For me, entrepreneurship starts with understanding a practical need and bringing the right people together to meet it.
